Should I get a gas or electric dryer?

Go with whatever your laundry room is already set up for — gas dryers need a gas line, electric ones need a 240-volt outlet. Gas usually costs a little less to run; electric is simpler to install where there's no gas. If you want to switch, tell us, and we'll flag the hookup change before you buy.

Do you connect and vent the dryer?

Yes. Our own techs make the gas or 240-volt connection and hook the dryer to your existing vent, then confirm it's exhausting properly. If the duct itself is clogged or needs rerouting, that's specialized ductwork — we'll flag it and point you to the right trade.

Why does my old dryer take so long to dry?

Often it's not the dryer — it's a clogged vent that traps heat and moisture, so clothes stay damp. It's worth checking before you replace anything, and it's one of the first things we look at on a diagnosis.

What warranty comes with a new dryer?

Nearly everything we sell carries at least a 1-year warranty, and we facilitate the factory warranty on every brand we sell — so if it fails, you call us and we walk you through it instead of fighting the manufacturer. You can also add an Extended Service Agreement; just ask your sales rep.

What financing is available?

Do you service dryers you didn't sell?

For repairs, yes — we service 50+ brands no matter where you bought it, and you can start on our dryer repair service page. The one exception is warranty work: we only do warranty repairs on appliances we sold, since working on a unit under someone else's warranty can void it. For those, we'll point you to the seller or manufacturer.
