He asked me to give him a minute, he went to his car, made a call, and came back in. He informed me that the company has decided to fix it without cost to me. Heil plumbing fixed everything that was wrong and did not charge me a dime. Today as I entered my bathroom, God reminded me of this act of kindness. Call Heil Plumbing first. After a sewer line blockage and backup in our basement the other plumbing companies we talked to either wanted to tear down our garage or would start digging and then never return, leaving us with a total mess in our backyard. Heil Plumbing was the only company that offered us a well thought out proposal to reroute the sewer line and completed it not only leaving our property in great shape but also cleaning up the mess other companies left behind. Ike came over to assess the situation and provide options and estimates, keeping in contact with us throughout the project. As soon as we obtained the location of the sewer tap from Baltimore City DPW, Tim scheduled the excavation at their earliest opening. Joel led the excavation team (Otto, Roni and A.J.) and they worked diligently to solve our problem finishing two days early. The entire Heil Team was always prompt, hard-working, thorough, courteous and extremely professional. We can highly recommend their services and will definitely rely on them in the future.

I can’t recommend Heil enough! I spoke with Dan Friday evening about an issue with the hot water heater. He helped me troubleshoot it to get through the weekend without an after hours visit. Came out this afternoon to look at the problem and gave me an honest recommendation. Dan and the other gentleman with him today were very friendly and made sure to leave the space exactly how it was before they came. I will be calling them the next time I have a plumbing job!

If you live anywhere near the Laurel-Savage-Jessup-Columbia area & you need a plumber, you should call my friends at Heil Plumbing. I've known the Ed & Laurie for almost 40 years & there's no one else I would even consider calling for any plumbing job in my house. They are as honest as the day is long & do great work at a reasonable price.

I’ve been using Heil plumbing for several years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I would trust them with any of our plumbing needs! Just had a leak in our kids bath and they were able to come out quickly and fix it. They also assessed another potential plumbing issue that they previously fixed but I was afraid would be an ongoing issue with my kitchen drain and Eric said everything seems fine. I’m glad I was just being paranoid as I hoped was the case. They are fairly priced and I’ve never felt I like was being overcharged for things that didn’t need to be done! Thanks for the visit today Eric and Jake!

Our technician was Eric and by all means you need to keep this man in your employ, as he is fantastic. More specifically he arrived early, explained any potential increases in the quoted price due to questions about the drain line and then finished the job very quickly and efficiently. He concluded by showing me what I needed to know including the special wrench for clearing any jams. Eric was great! Very professional. Arrived early. I showed him the problem (a leaky valve on our shower) and he offered a solution that we will hopefully know worked in a few days.
