What a top notch and honest company. Our tech Malcolm and the whole team at Landers went above and beyond making every attempt trying to get our Smeg fridge to work again. We made the mistake of buying the fridge from a wholesale appliance store in New Jersey (we do not recommend this to anyone). From day one it was giving us an error code, and Landers scheduled us quickly and even worked with us to get in touch with Smeg in Italy. They managed to get parts sent directly from Italy and tried everything they possibly could to get our fridge working again. Ultimately we couldn’t make it happen through no fault of theirs. It has been a hard lesson to learn, but never buy wholesale and Smeg is a brand we certainly don’t recommend. Again though we will be using Landers for any appliance repair needs we may have in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who asks us as well. Thank you for all the amazing hard work!!!!!
